Five people filed to run for three trustee seats on the Channahon Village Board. They are: Janet L. "Missey" Schumacher, Lawrence W. Troutman, Jerald M. Papesh (I), Sam Greco (I) and Mark Scaggs.

Village President Patrick Brennan is facing a challenge from Jacqueline C. McKinney.

Just four candidates are running for the 3 open positions on the Minooka Village Board. They are: Yolanda L. Wilhelm, Ray Mason (I), Rudy Martin (I) and Terry L. Houchens (I).
Channahon School District 17
Just five candidates are running for the four open positions on the District 17 school board. They are: Patricia E. Clower (I), Joan L. Ferguson (I), Joseph A. Pope, Frank C. Smith and Derek Breen (I).
Minooka High School District 111
Eight canidates are vying for four, four-year spots on the board. There are no candidates for an unexpired 2-year spot. The candidates are: Mike Brozovich, Patti J. Ruettiger (I), Sherry Schmidt, Charles Hiscock, Douglas Kaufman (I), Chris Kobe (I), Wendi Arlis and Michelle Mullen.
