I can attest to Tommy's article in the Chicago Sun -Times that his grandfather and Aunts had nothing to do do with Tommy or Kris when their mother Kathy was alive. Why? Because Kathy once told my wife and I first hand, that Kathy was in fact estranged from her family and really has nothing to do with them and she didn't want her family to take care of Tommy and Kris in the event anything ever happened to her and Drew. Strange isn't it. Tommy and Kris if you read this, you will probably know who I am and I'm here for the both of you.

I think most of the people posting here need to keep their comments to their selves and remember that only god can judge any of us. Wether Drew is guilty or not, this is obviously more than a public scandal to his kids. I'm a little ashamed to admit to this, but watching Volpe d'ouchebag get all worked up on these blogs has become a guilty pleasure of mine; kinda sad to see the trial end in that aspect! Given how passionate he gets in discussing DP and how everyone is wrong and DP is always right, I think there needs to be an investigation into Volpe and all of his aliases....maybe he was an accessory to the crime. Watchful eye let's see! I never handled a call between Kathy and Drew! I stopped by Kathy's house several times in 2002/03 to see how she and the boys were doing. Told her advice several times who to call and where to go for help. Talked to her a few times when she worked at Red Lobster and gave her guidance and support . Also watchful eye, get your stupid facts right. Officers filed the necessary reports and had Supervisors respond to Drew and Kathys domestics. Once the reports are filed it was up to the Chief and his administration to handle Drew then. Do you even know how procedure works? Apparently not. While I feel very sorry for the Peterson children. They're in this position because of their father's greed & love for money. It is not, the people who convicted his father, Drew. It is a jury of 12 who believed the evidence beyond a responsible doubt. No constitutions were changed to convict Drew either. Again, more poison Tom has been fed.. Tom is the typical child from a criminal domestic violence family. These children are often very angry and blame 'others' for their unhappiness. Never realizing it's the faulty abuser who's the culprit of their unhappiness. Years of therapy will help Tom.
