Yes it is about time. I wonder if he is quitting so he has more time to come over and fix his wifes house? You know with having served the Joliet area so long you would think that one would atleast release a statement thanking the people who voted him in and for being able to serve them. But no this has become the Jack Mcguire way. Don't answer the phone Jack and leave them knocking on the door. I wonder what kind of scandel will follow since he so suddenly quit.......This is Illinois after all
