Pickup Truck Driver Plows into Morris Laundromat

A man driving a pickup truck hit four stopped cars before plowing through the front of Soaps Laundromat on the corner of High Street and Illinois Route 47 in Morris on Friday morning, according to a report in the Morris Daily Herald.
Morris fire captain Dave Wiechen said the man driving the pickup was able to "self-extricate" himself after he plowed into the laundromat's restroom, according to the report. He was taken to Morris Hospital for unspecified injuries.
None of the drivers in the other four vehicles involved in the mishap were injured.
