Battery Charges Filed

Kevin B. Harer, 43, of Channahon, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of domestic battery, aggravated battery and aggravated assault and was taken to Grundy County Jail.

Man Arrested on DUI Charges

George B. McCoy, 49, of Minooka, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Friday, Jan. 7

Channahon Man Cited on DUI and Drug Violations

Joey R. Nalezny, 20, of Channahon, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, manufacturing and delivery of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration. Nalezny was taken  to Grundy County Jail.

Braidwood Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

David K. McMillan, 32, of Braidwood, was arrested Jan. 2 on two outstanding warrants.  One warrant was out of Will County and the other out of Grundy County.  He was able to post bond on both warrants.

Saturday, Jan. 1

Warrant Arrest Reported

Shawn P. McArdle, 41, of Joliet, was arrested Jan. 1 on an outstanding warrant out of Lasalle County. He posted $700 cash bond.  

Channahon Man Arrested on Charges of DUI

Kevin C. Wright, 32, of Channahon, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of improper lane use, speeding driving while license suspended and two counts of DUI. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
