Richard A. Schlegel, 45, of Channahon, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, police reported. Schlegel was taken to Will County Jail.

Jesus Alvarez Jr., 23, of Chicago, was arrested on charges of improper lane use, texting while driving and DUI, police said.

Andrew V. Bell, 28, of Kernersville, NC, was arrested on charges of speeding, improper lane use, failure to display driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and DUI/drugs, police reported.
