Performances will be held at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. both days. Admission is $16 for adults and $8 for children ages 3 to 11, with $4 off coupons available at the Carson and Barnes Web site, www.carsonbarnescircus.com/buy-circus-tickets/.
The circus, which has been in operation since 1937 and was last in Joliet in 2009, features exotic animals, including camels, zebras and a pigmy hippo, as well as horses, elephants and goats. In addition to the show, the company also sets up elephant and pony rides, an air slide, a bounce house and a miniature train.
