For 50 years the people of the Will County Threshermen's Association have been showcasing their steam engines and their farm tractors. Members bring and show off all types of vintage equipment, and show how farming used to be done.
Bring the little ones for a petting zoo or a steam engine ride. The youngsters can try their hand at the pedal tractor pull, Sat.& Sun. at noon. There are antique tractor pulls Sunday at 10:30 & 3:00p.m, garden tractor pulls Saturday at 3:00p.m., and a Daily Parade of Power at 1:30.
Patrons can watch wheat threshing, corn shelling, straw baling, a steam-powered saw mill, and real working steam engines. A country gift store, flea market, and concessions are open.
Dollinger farm is at 7502 E. Hansel Road, Channahon.
