Why: Channahon Junior High Drama will be present "The Bachelor King. The show, which is written by Martin A. Follosae, is a spoof of several popular reality T.V. shows including The Bachelor, American Idol and Survivor.

Why: Every month, people gather at the Minooka Village Hall to discuss the chosen books. This month, the book club will be discussing "Moloka'i" by Alan Brennert and "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time," by Mark Haddon.
