Rhoda is a cute and friendly Terrier-mix puppy born December 11, 2010. Rhoda was rescued with her brother Noah (also available for adoption), from a hoarder in Tennessee. Both are already altered, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and have a microchip ID.
