This cooking class will create Italian dishes. Participants will create the following menu and cocktails:
- Italian 3 Cheese Puff Pastry
- Chicken Piccata over Angel Hair Pasta
- Asparagus and Tomato Sauté
- Tiramisu Parfaits
Cocktails:
- Bellini
- Limoncello Martini
- Sgroppino
- Cafe Pucci
Registration must be made by June 6. The cost will be $30 per resident; $39 per non-resident.
