This Channahon Park District cooking class will allow participants to cook the following menus:
- Shrimp and Corn Chowder
- Southern Fried Chicken with Shallot and Herb Gravy
- Grits and Cheddar Cheese Casserole
- Coca Cola Cake
Attendees will also make the following cocktails:
- All-American Whiskey Stone Sour
- 4th of July Shooter
- Boston Pops Martini
The event will cost $30 per resident; $39 per non-resident.
