Channahon Junior High Drama will be presenting THE BACHELOR KING Friday and Saturday April 8th & 9th at 7:00 p.m.
This production, written by Martin A. Follosae, is a hysterical spoof of several popular reality T.V. shows including The Bachelor, American Idol and Survivor. Several 'eligible young ladies' are tested on their abilities as the vie for the hand of a new king, a foolish hillbilly that fell into royal succession ahead of a jealous and vengeful prince who hatches a slew of harebrained assasination plots. Chaos and hilarity ensue as the king sorts through the contenders to find his true love and save his kingdom from ruin!
Doors open at 6:30 with a jazz band interlude until showtime. Admission is $4.00.
