The Final Minooka Creamery Cruise Night of the Season is Tonight

Minooka Creamery expects a great turnout.

Did you miss the bike show at last weekend? No need to panic - Minooka Creamery has your solution.

From 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the parking lot of will be filled with cars, trucks and motorcycles for the second cruise night this year. Unlike the first cruise night, which was around 60 degrees outside, the creamery will have water games on hand for the kids in attendance.

"It's kinda warm out today," , Minooka Creamery owner said.

There will be giveaways, including a 50/50 raffle sponsored by the Minooka Knights of Columbus. The radio station WRXQ will be playing music at the event and the last time, they gave away tickets to a race.

Although the event starts at 5:30 p.m., Blum expects that vehicles will start arriving early.

"Because of the nice weather, I'm willing to bet I'm going to have cars starting to park at about 4:30 p.m.," she said.

She said those who are coming to look at the cars, trucks and motorcycles can come around 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and see a lot of the vehicles. In addition, they can vote on their favorite.

"Heart-pounding performance is (hosting) the people's choice awards," she said.

The creamery will have food on special for the evening and the new puppy chow tornado will make a debut at the event, according to the creamery's Facebook.
