At Chrysalis Hoops, I focus on creating beautiful, handmade products while delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction – I will do everything I can to make a hoop that can transform your mind as well as your body. Each hoop is made with durable material and can be collapsed for easy shipment and travel. With a variety of hoops to choose from, I'm sure you’ll be happy with one of my beautiful hoop creations.

Fitness Hoops are made with heavy-duty 3/4"ID 160psi PE tubing. You can choose from 36" - 42" diameter, size is generally based on experience level and desired intensity of your workout. Smaller hoops are for more advanced hoopers and provide more cardio.
Dance Hoops are also durable, made with either 1/2"ID 125psi PE or 3/4" 100psi PE tubing.
You can choose from 34" - 40" diameter, size is generally based on experience level. It is best to start out larger and work your way down in size as you become comfortable dancing with the hoop.
-3/4" 100psi tubing is larger and slightly heavier, making it great for beginners or those wanting to learn new tricks.
-1/2" 125psi tubing is more responsive to movements, allowing you to have a more fluid flow with the hoop. (This is the preferred style for most experienced hoopers).
