Grundy County Grand Jury Indictments: July 3

Jason Helland, Grundy County State's Attorney, has announced that on July 3, 2013, the grand jury has returned the following indictments.

The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.  NOTE: In an earlier release from Helland's office, the date of the indictments was erroneously listed as June 19 

JAMES CHESTNUT, 34, of Joliet, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 2 felony.

MATTHEW DARLING, 18, of Joliet, was indicted for 3 counts of burglary, all class 2 felonies.

BRIDGET FARRELL, 25, of Urbana, was indicted for identity theft, a class 4 felony; and two counts of online theft by deception, both class 4 felonies.

KIA FLECKENSTEIN, 18, of Channahon, was indicted for two counts of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, both class 2 felonies.

JUSTIN FOX, 18, of Lockport, was indicted for 3 counts of burglary, all class 2 felonies.

JACOB KRULL,  38, of Mazon, was indicted for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony.

MICHAEL MISON, 35, of Diamond, was indicted for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, a class X felony; unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, a class 2 felony, unlawful production of cannabis sativa plants, a class 4 felony; unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony; and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

MATTHEW ROBERTS, 18, of Lockport, was indicted for 3 counts of burglary, all class 2 felonies.
