Fifty Years of Steam Engines & Tractors: Antique Tractors this Weekend

Everybody Likes to Try Their Hand at Steering

The Will County Threshermen's Association is celebrating fifty years of machines and camaraderie.  Through Sunday, July 22, all types of tractors, engines, and steam engines will be showcased at the Dollinger Family Farm on Hansel Road in Channahon.

If you have always thought about coming out to see the equipment and hear about how farming used to be done, don't hesitate.  Next year the show will be moving to Manhattan, IL.

Beside the tractors, kid-friendly activities include a petting zoo and a barrel train ride. Concessions, a flea market, a country store, and many more things to see and do are part of the farm visit.  Admission is $5.00 for adults, and $2.00 for children under age 11.
