A crash on southbound Interstate 55 Friday night shut down all southbound lanes in the area of Bluff Road after a semi and a car collided.
Illinois State Police did not have a lot of information about the crash Friday night, but did confirm that one patient was taken to the hospital. His or her condition was not available.
