A man claiming he was injured when Hollywood Casino security staff tossed him from the gambling house is looking to hit a $40,000 jackpot with a lawsuit.

Jack Chrzanowski filed his suit this week in Will County court.

Chrzanowski's lawsuit said he was playing slots in September 2011 when security asked him to leave and then accompanied him out.

"While in the parking area (Chrzanowski) was set upon by the aforesaid security personnel employed by (the casino) and, without cause, was forcibly thrown to the ground by said persons," the lawsuit said.

Chrzanowski was charged with criminal trespass to land in connection with the incident he is now suing over, according to court records. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months court supervision. Chrzanowski was also ordered to have no contact with Hollywood Casino.
