Police Blotter: DUIs, Criminal Damage to Property

Arrests made by Channahon police and other law enforcement agencies.

Emma Jean Connolly, 49, Lebanon, Tenn., was arrested by Channahon police on an outstanding warrant out of Coles County, Ill., on May 22, 2013. Connolly was released after posting the required bond of $100.

Daniel J. Rice, 20, Morris, was arrested by Channahon police for DUI, DUI-Drugs, possession of a controlled substance/improper stopping on roadway, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and defective windshield wipers on May 23, 2013. Rice was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Michael J. Moreno, 26, Joliet, was arrested by Channahon police for criminal damage to property on May 25, 2013.

Larry Johnson, 48, Aurora, was arrested by Channahon police on an outstanding warrant out of Fayette County, Ill. Johnson was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Thomas M. Wolniak, 27, Channahon, was arrested by Channahon police for domestic battery and interfering w/reporting domestic violence on May 28, 2013. Wolniak was transported to the Grundy County Adult Detention Facility.

Bradly R. Tomala, 27, Aurora, was arrested by Channahon police for DUI, DUI-combination-drugs, DUI .08 or more, improper lane use, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis (2 grams) and for an improper turn on June 1, 2013.

Steven D. Melzer, 20, Channahon, was arrested by Channahon police for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on June 2, 2013.

Jonathan M. Rodriguez, 35, Minooka, was arrested by Channahon police for DUI, DUI .08 or more, improper lane usage and speeding on June 2, 2013.
