Jacqueline Marie Laturell, 28, of Ottawa, was arrested at Ottawa Drive and Grainger Way on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said.

Traffic Arrests
Jose Cruz Coreas, 52, of Houston, Tx., was arrested in the 400 block of Mondamin Street on a charge of improper parking on roadway, police said.
Rolance F. Handy, 41, of Robbins, was arrested at Ridge Road and Bob Blair Road on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and improper parking on roadway, police said.
