UPDATED: Crash Near Shorewood Shuts Down I-80
Two people were injured, one of whom was flown to the hospital via helicopter.
A rollover accident with serious injuries shut down both sides of Interstate 80, west of Interstate 55 near , for a short time late Thursday afternoon.
Two people were reported injured, one of whom was flown to a local hospital via Lifestar helicopter, Illinois State Police said.
All lanes were reopened by 6:45 p.m., police said.

Initial reports indicated there were two vehicles involved in the crash, but that's since been corrected. No details on the cause of the accident have been released yet.
