Wow - I wonder what our courts are doing with the $500.00 fines they should be imposing on the people with no insurance! 5 out of the 11 arrests are way to many people with NO Insurance! We need to get an enforceable law on the books so people in order to drive MUST have Insurance. I thought that was the law already?

The people driving without insurance will continue to drive without insurance no matter what the law says. They don't think that the punishment is light enough not to worry about it. Just like they make stiffer DUI punshment and we still have this report every week. People think, I won't get caught. You can get insurance for a month, get the policy number to register your car and then cancel with a refund. That is the problem...
