Exercise for Your Life

This adult program will feature Nationally Certified Personal Trainers from Metabolic Fitness Management LLC talking about the importance of cardiovascular exercise for heart health.

The event will discuss cardiovascular endurance, stamina and caloric burn for weight loss, including the different target heart rate zones and how to develop good cardio regiments for any fitness goal.

Attendees will also learn the importance of resistance/strength training, such as increasing bone density, improving functional strength and building lean body mass to increase metabolic rate.
