Creative Movement Dance Class

This slow-moving, low-impact creative movement dance class for those ages 55 and up will be taught by Anna, a local dance teacher.

Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.

The class will aim to do the following:

  • Improving Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Build Muscles
  • Improve Social Outlook
  • Increase Balance Control
  • Increase Bone Mass 4
  • Improve Flexibility
