The 5K run and walk will take place on normally-inaccessible cross country running trails at the Ellis House and Equestrian Center at the Bakers Wood Forest Preserve.
The trail will go through pastures, hayfields, forest and the AuxSable Creek. Educational signage will keep participants informed as they complete the race.
