Beginners Level Classes of TAI CHI
Thursdays 10-11 am
Tai Chi is a flowing, graceful exercise. The goal of the class is to improve balance, increases flexibility, and reduces stress.

Classes run 1 hour weekly for a session of 12 weeks, allowing for holidays. A donation of $20 for the 12 weeks is asked and students should be at least 50 years old.
