I found Tony doing a search on google. I knew nothing about Tony. I am extremely happy that I took the chance as he fixed both my computer and my parents computer ~ in a timely fashion and affordable. He was always available when I called... He also fixed my internet connection remotely, did not have to leave home!

Tony helped me trouble shoot some issues I was having while trying to create movies through Windows Live Photo Gallery. Then after I totally deleted the laptop touch mouse software, he helped me download and get it turned back off (I can't stand it. Use a USB wireless mouse)
AND like the other reviewer, he was able to take control of my computer with out me having to leave my home!
