Zachary A. Helland, 21, of Joliet, was arrested on charges of DUI of drugs and expired registration, police said. Matthew D Sharp, 25, of Morris, was arrested on charges of two counts of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, and failure to signal, police said.

Miguel A. Briceno, 24, of Bolingbrook was arrested in the 0 block of Ridge Road on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. Manuel Vazquez, 23, of Joliet, was arrested in the 17800 block of Ridge Road on a charge of no drivers license, police said. Tiaerra S. Fisher, 24, of University Park, was arrested in the 200 block of Ridge Road on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to secure a child in child restraint, 8 and under, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. Francisco J. Oliva, 25, of Maywood, was arrested in the 100 block of Ridge Road on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, police said.

Stanley P Klawitter, 50, of Channahon, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol-combination drugs, possession of cannabis, improper lane use and stopping or parking in roadway, police reported. Eric Neville, 33, of Minooka, was arrested on charges of improper lane use, violating minimum speed limit, failure to signal when required and two counts of DUI, police reported.

Channahon Police Reports: September 21
Heather C. Harley, 23, of Plainfield, was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control device, failure to signal when required, operating a vehicle not equipped with a breath alcohol ignition interlock device, required by monitoring device driving permits, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and two counts of DUI, police said. She was taken to Will County Jail. Robert M. Gaeta Jr. ,22, Joliet, of Joliet, was arrested during the same incident on charges of possession of cannabis not more than2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
