This is the first in a weekly series called "Sunday Dinners with Dawn." Editor Dawn Aulet is dining with someone from the community. You get to pick the restaurant, and she picks up the tab. Lallo's Bar and Grill is one of the best kept secrets of Channahon. Longtime residents probably were let in on the secret long ago. Those of us who are transplants from somewhere else have to rely on those residents to clue us in. Lallo's is worth the wait. I first found out about Lallo's about two years ago, and I have lived in Channahon for more than five. I brought a number of friends the first time.
