Area Residents React to Dog Shooter Ruling

Residents were quick to react after a judge allowed a 66-year-old retired police officer to keep his firearms during a preliminary hearing in a case involving the shooting of an English Bulldog in a Minooka neighborhood.

Here is a sampling of what area residents had to say following a ruling Thursday (April 25) by a judge in Grundy County court that allowed Merrill C. Kaval to keep his firearms.
