Ta-Tanisha Jordan, Neighbor

My Granny told a hilarious story about my birth...She loved to tell how all the farmers came out to see the first black baby born in St. Peter, Mn.  And when they came to the hospital they all said, "Where's the black baby?  They all look the same 'ceptin' that one with alllllll that bushy hair!"

You know I actually believed that story?  Like a bunch of farmers had nothin' better to do than come see me at the hospital (No doubt as a show of their interest in civil rights!)

I've pretty much been fairly gullible since then and that's about it.  I used to hate writing, now I love it.  I used to be a fairly gentle soul, now I'm a little irreverant, but totally in love with Jesus Christ.  The most important day of my life was October 1, 1995 when Ta-Tanisha died and, as the Amplified Bible says in 1 John 3:9 "the divine sperm" birthed a new creature in me.

Now I live to see you free if anything but the Holy Spirit has a hold of you!
